He is supported by Allan Nicol here in Auckland, who has now been with the Company 2 years. Currently with activity picking up Kim Lyons and Allan Nicol are getting many enquiries from out of Auckland, in particular Tauranga, Hamilton, New Plymouth and Wellington. Many of these enquiries are resulting in loans being approved to help first home buyers, commercial property investors, or commercial owner occupiers. Many are also looking to refinance and  consolidate debts, plus there has been a significant increase in the number of online enquiries for loans with bad credit, for motor vehicles, or to catch up on mortgage payments, even personal expenses such as funerals, cars, travel, education costs etc.
