Natalie Siebrits, Mortgage Broker Support, a new role in our Office to provide additional support for our new and existing clients.

Natalie has joined us in our Orewa office bringing a wealth of knowledge from Sovereign Home Loans, who are leaders in providing Home Loans for existing Homes, New Build Home and Land packages and Refinancing.

Originally from Cape Town South Africa, where Natalie was schooled and completed a Bachelor in Economics at the University of Stellenbosch. Following graduation Natalie worked for ABSA Bank where she met her husband, Martin, and they were married in 1999.

That same year they immigrated to New Zealand and Natalie secured a position with AA insurance to gain New Zealand work experience.

The following year she joined The National Bank of New Zealand as a personal banker and a year later joined Sovereign Home Loans. They bought their first home in Torbay in Aug 2003, a weatherboard bungalow, which remains a work in progress!

In 2005 they started a family and were joined by their son, Jonty. Natalie returned to Sovereign Home Loans after six months maternity leave, as an Adviser Account Manager Existing Business. In 2007 was promoted to the role of Adviser Lending Account Manager New Business, which comprises assessing all new home loan applications, refinances, new builds and debt consolidations, submitted via mortgage brokers, which she continued until her resignation in March 2015.

In all, Natalie has 20 years financial services experience, 14 years with Sovereign Home Loans in which invaluable experience was gained in credit/risk, construction lending, relationship building, negotiating skills and customer services.

Natalie will be a key contact in the office to help with initial loan enquiries and providing ongoing assistance for clients.
