Kim Lyons, Registered Financial Adviser and Accredited NZMBA Mortgage Broker, based on Auckland's North Shore.
Kim Lyons has over 35 years experience in arranging New Zealand Mortgages, Home Loans & Commercial Finance for New Zealand based and offshore clients, both where he lives in Auckland and all over New Zealand.

Kim Lyons has had 23 years experience in Bankingwith ANZ Bank and 13 years experience in Auckland as a Mortgage Broker. His previous position, prior to the global recession, was as a founding Director of one of New Zealand's fastest growing mortgage broker operations, New Zealand Mortgage Finance Ltd.
A family man with two grown up children, he has now moved his office home, to avoid the wasted hours in rush hour traffic. He and his wife have recently moved to Orewa and are looking around for a house to buy in the Hibiscus Coast, Whangaparaoa area. Whilst still working with all his Auckland clients he is excited about the amount of residential building in the Orewa / Millwater / Silverdale area and sees some great opportunities to help new home buyers with low deposit new builds or construction finance.
With a passion for helping people arrange mortgages, Kim enjoys meeting clients to help them achieve their dreams, or in these challenging times, creating solutions that their Bank Manager or current Mortgage Broker may have said were impossible!
Many of Kim's existing clients first approached him for home and investment property finance over 13 years ago when he worked at the Bank. This is Kim's preferred way of doing business, building long term relationships and seeing people move from being first home buyers, to raising kids, then buying bigger homes, then looking at helping the grown up children buy or build a first home or rental property.

Too many mortgage broker firms recruit people from non related trades and after a 2 week course allow them to gain experience practicing on you the client. Kim has now completed the National Certificate in Financial Services( Financial Advice) (Level 5) in both Residential Property Lending and Insurance Advice and has become a Registered Financial Adviser to meet the new Government standards for 2011.
Kim Lyons has also now launched a new website focussing on providing information and helping clients with Non Bank Loans , Home Loans, Mortgages, Construction and Commercial Finance.
