Unless you qualify for a Welcome Home Loan of up to $200,000,100% no deposit first home buyer home loans are no longer provided by Banks in New Zealand, but.... there are some new options at 95% to help you into a new home with as low as a 5% deposit either saved or as a gifted deposit.
