Ross has made the process simple for me.  I think I have been given a good deal from the bank, but most importantly he has acted as a great mediator.  Arranging a facility from the other side of the world and having most of my assets and income coming from non NZ accounts does present challenges.  Ross was always available, and turned around my queries very quickly, which really does help when dealing in a client in a remote location in a totally different time zone.  I would use him again in the future without hesitation.
