With a passion for property stemming from past renovations projects and from a family of tradesmen, Danielle loves to assist clients in sourcing the funds to build their dreams.

Danielle joined First Rate Mortgages after 10 years at Sovereign as an Account Manager approving mortgages. While she was there she had the opportunity to assist in the early stages of financing the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquakes, which was very much “outside the box” lending. Danielle also specialised in approving new builds with some of the major group housing companies such as GJ Gardner, Signature Homes, Stonewood Homes, Platinum Homes, The House Company, Horncastle Homes, Sentinel Homes, and many others. She has had the pleasure of seeing many clients purchase their first home, assisted investors adding to large existing rental portfolios, and refinanced clients who wished to consolidate their debts.

Danielle thrives on being innovative in problem solving, and loves the variety in working with both bank and non bank lenders.

At home Danielle is kept busy with her two young children. In the past she has often assisted family and friends who are self employed and understands the frustrations of dealing with banks trying to prove income. When Danielle has any spare-time she will be found down at the beach, diving, fishing and enjoying the outdoors or travelling.
