Raymond is a welcome addition to our brokerage team to assist with strong commercial, first home buyers, new builds, and rental growth in the Hobsonville, Whenuapai, Kumeu and surrounding areas.

Raymond started his Banking career in 1981 in South Africa and was a Home Loan & Relationship Manager at ABSA Bank. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree through UNISA in 1992, and obtained various other financial qualifications in Financial Management. Over the last 15 years Raymond specialised in mortgage lending and has worked at Sovereign Home Loans, and BNZ, and has spent the last 10 years as Business Banking Manager at ANZ looking after owner-occupied and rental home loans and commercial property funding.

In the role of Business Banking Manager Raymond’s primary focus was dealing with existing and new client’s home loan applications and commercial loans. He brings with him a wealth of experience in lending and rental portfolio management.

Raymond is an Auckland Mortgage Broker and an accredited Financial Adviser focusing on West Auckland and North Shore and can be contacted by phone or email almost 24/7 to discuss your mortgage requirements. He can also meet at your home, your office, First Rate Mortgages office in Orewa, or for a coffee at the local cafe. Raymond can assist with refinancing, consolidation of short term debt, new home buyers and rental investors, whether you are on wages, self employed, or even have a poor credit history. 

Raymond’s hobbies and interests include fishing and rugby, and a favourite pastime is spending quality time with his family and grandchildren.
